It’s me am back again, talking about anxiety.Honestly the way our world 🌎 is heading today, it not normal not to worry 😟 fear 😱 or be anxious, but let really have a good look at what anxiety would solve for a minute???

#Nothing_ TADA!! Being worried would actually solve nothing at the all, it would just give you the following πŸ˜‰ :

#Restlessness : People who worry are always restless, they cant settle down or make a right decision at that moment, it’s really 😞 sad. Moving up & down expecting evil to happen, to them the sky is always falling…. They literally have no peace.

#Sweating_This is intense sweating for no reason , just by the mind imaging up terrible things, it causes intense sweating, it just keeps rolling down your face.

#Insomnia_ It would be hard πŸ˜“ to have a good sleep at night, when you keep thinking your house would be broken into, you think πŸ’­ something bad would happen to your kids living far away, it steals your sleep… Big time & it darn sad 😞.( see https://healthierlifestyle.food.blog/2019/07/05/my-three-rules-to-sleeping-every-time/ )

# It goes on & on, lack of concentration etc, it’s every thing that pulls you down & down, there no joy just worries.

But there is good πŸ“° news :Anxiety can be contained πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‡. Common be happy, smile a little, that’s it, there you go…

#Focus on good healthy stuffs_ just like my blog, you can subscribe πŸ˜‰, watch comedy movies, just stop focusing on what you can’t change and start changing you, walk through nature and appreciate life, breathe, feel, & πŸ’‘ love.

#Hangout with high minded folks _ Go out with people make friends, don’t be a loner, you only live once, take up your dream job no matter how small keep your mind occupied with good things.

#Good Music β™« __Listen and dance to good inspirational music, it would lift up your mood, have the habit of singing when you feel yourself getting worried, sing away your sorrows, it’s will be fine… Trust me.

Last of all, try to rest, take time off and chill out, with the one you love,friends or so, you be glad you did, and may I add that anxiety may come for everyone but most have learnt to deal with that and take charge,I welcome you friend to take charge and control over your life, be healthy and be happy, Your friend, πŸ‘‰ REA.
