Now My Sleep Guide
This might sound silly and probably is, but it works.
# Tiredness_ Make sure you are tired, your mind is also tired, it will be easy to fall asleep then, easy for your body to boot, and go to lala land.

# Make you are filled up _ππ This is good as soon as you eat something heavy, and your tummy is filled up, you would feel ready to hit the bed and dose off. Nice rule, don’t overfeed tho.

#Phones, Television, Whatever __ Now the last rule before reaching lala land, get you phone, laptop or whatever and start engaging,
go online, watch a movie…….
Then….
You would feel so very sleepy, at that point, turn off your phone or whatever, and hit lala land. ππ
